Operating Teams

Group Coordinator of Operations -
The Operations Group Coordinator coordinates work of the Manufacturing and Procurement Team and Inside Clinical Technical Support. Implementing and maintaining ISO and Lean Manufacturing to ensure high quality production and on time delivery, right the first time for our customers.

Manufacturing and Procurement -
The MAP team provides the hands on skills to make our products the best they can be. These talented craftspeople work in two shops. The Assembly shop is where all of our components and custom fit braces are made and tested. In our Custom Fabrication shop, our components are coupled with custom shells to make braces especially for each patient's needs. Procurement handles all purchasing functions to ensure our inventory levels meet are adequate.

Inside Clinical Technical Support -
The ICTS Team works directly with our customers by phone at our home office in Pottstown Pennsylvania. Assisting with technical knowledge, ensuring every order meets the special needs of each patient.

Support Teams

The MVS team leads and empowers our teams to meet the needs of patient's we serve.

Human Resources -
The HR team works to provide our teams with great benefits and support to all of our team members to ensure employee satisfaction.

Information Technologies and Services -
The IT/IS team is responsible to keep Ultraflex's computer systems and phones online and meeting each teams information and reporting requirements.

Quality -
The Quality team is responsible to ensure we meet our customers expectations and most importantly their patient's needs, with the highest quality components and braces we can make. Our quality mission is to deliver on time, right the first time.

Resource Allocation and Management -
The RAM team manages the financial functions at Ultraflex.
